Remember those Jambu walking shoes I bought? Didn't know it at the time but they absorb moisture. Good thing because it's rained off and on since we've got here. Not only that, rubber doesn't smell when it gets wet. As far as comfort, my feet and back feel great. A new pair of legs might be nice...no wait, with all this exercise, I'm keepin' the ones I've got.
Jambu walking shoes really are walking shoes. A thumbs UP from TEO!
I love the Jambu shoes! I have two pairs and no regrets. (not the walking ones, but for work and they are SOOOO comfortable, since they have memory foam foot beds)
I'm not a Hollywood actress or a consultant to the rich and famous. Ok, I'm not rich or famous myself either. I'm a mom. I live in a typical American suburb-whatever that is.
About seven years ago, I decided to transform the way my family ate. We were going organic! Let me tell you, initially that was not met with enthusiasm by my husband or our daughters. Since I'm the only cook in the house, I win!
Through the journey, I have been asked countless questions by friends and family. From the basics: WHY would you do that? HOW can you afford that? WHERE do you begin with that? to the more "advanced": WHAT are sulfites? HOW do you know they aren't good for you?
Look, I'm no scientist but I care passionately about what goes into our bodies. Hopefully, I can shed some light on the whole thing for you. Organic eating and living feels great and is totally worth the effort. Enjoy!
