Free Groceries at Harris Teeter

My sister was paying for her groceries at Harris Teeter when the cashier said "YOU WON!". "I did?", my sister replied wondering what that meant exactly. She was speechless when told all she had to do was take the coupon and her receipt up to customer service for a full refund.
